Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Commish — the apps, websites, and services that let anyone create and run a community sports league ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You confirm this when you sign up.
• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method (password, Apple, or Google) secure.
• Provide accurate information, including a phone number you control.

2. Leagues and content

• Leagues on Commish are invite-only communities run by their commissioners. Commissioners control membership, roles, and league content within their league.
• You keep ownership of content you post; you grant us the license needed to operate the Service (store, display, and deliver it to your league).
• Don't post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Communications

With your consent, we send account and league text messages (invites, reminders). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Marketing email is separate, optional, and unsubscribe-able.

4. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email, and the version identifier on this page will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
